The vessel was grounded near the bay exit due to main engine problems.
The loaded vessel was refloated and anchored in Saldanha Bay. With a free clearance of only 1.0 meter Siri Marine was contracted to provide heave motion monitoring services. Additional workability and motion monitoring services were part of the project.
